I have a rotation. In one particular part of the fridge I have the
fresh eggs that are used for breakfast. the next time I go shopping,
those eggs get moved and each egg is labeled with a pencil date. The
new eggs go in the breakfast spot, the older eggs go elsewhere and
are used for baking, cooking and finally hard boil. The pencil date
makes sure that none get overlooked.
