With subs you can also remove some of the inside bread and still have a
nice sandwich. I guess maybe you can't do that with an Italian cold cut
if it has oil and vinegar and has already saturated the bottom half,
maybe you can't do it with a meatball sub. Ok, scratch that idea.
But I'd bet you could ask them to make it with some of the bread removed
from the inside before they put it together for you.
