I think it is the severity of the headaches and perhaps the rapid onset that
should be a worry. I did have a severe headache some years ago. The cause
was never found. I have had migraines and more recently I had headaches
that were for sure from stress and lack of sleep. They were annoying but I
wasn't worried because I was pretty sure that I knew the cause.
