You're lucky you have someone to do it for you! My hubby has zero
interest in that stuff. Somehow, my knives stay magically sharp as
far as he's concerned. I don't think he's ever put even a moment's
worth of thought into it other than back when I used to get them
sharpened professionally and I needed him to drive me there because
the parking situation was so bad.
