You will find recipes on the web. Here, Jim's famous sauce has no chili or
ground meat. It has ham flavoring, mustard seed, garlic, salt, pepper,
turmeric, and other stuff for marketing and thickener. Then that mystery
ingredient ?? No sweetness. A little citric acid.
