I fry eggs in olive or grape seed oil, as does he. These new All Clad
nonstick pans are da bomb! I LOVE them. Slick as snot and browned
beautifully. Yesterday, I cooked the "extra" corned beef that I'd
bought around St. Patty's day and made corned beef hash for brunch
today. Oh, my - they worked wonderfully! My potatoes and meat
browned beautifully and the eggs over easy didn't brown at all - I
can't stand even a shadow of brown on eggs.
