No it's not. I just had a whopper of a flare. Started with overuse of the
Ipad that I got for Christmas. Then I had to pull out a bunch of stripped
screws. I now have a bad screw removing tool. Wished I'd had it then!
Didn't even know such a thing existed but I found it when looking for
something else. I'm sure that the sink caulking didn't help either.

Had to get out the splint and use the Cat's Paw. That thing works better
than anything to ease the pain and numbness. The worst part for me was not
being able to use the Ipad for a few weeks.
