Cool - er, I mean, hot!

This sort of thing has been available as a stand-alone item for years.
I wonder if it's better and/or less expensive when it's part of the
'frig. I guess if you've got the 'frig already plumbed for an automatic
ice maker, at least that's one thing out of the way.
