That's interesting "Prepared from calamari" --- I was expecting
Topshell-- I got mine in the Asian supermarket and still haven't
gotten around to preparing it.

I've never eaten abalone & all the recipes I see compare the topshell
to abalone. Are abalone and calamari close in texture and taste?

That might get me to open that can a little sooner-
