I haven't bought ground turkey since the 1980's. Yes, everyone said it
was "healthier". Then I read somewhere they grind the skin right along
with everything else. How can eating ground turkey skin be "healthy"?
I just started buying leaner cuts of ground beef instead. I haven't
looked at a package of ground turkey in decades.
