That's the way it is around here. If you're at a steakhouse, it's safe
to assume that it's an fire grill. It's a context thing.

Salamanders used to be mythical creatures that lived in fire. Probably
it was inspired by Europeans bringing back tales of these amphibians
that they saw while exploring. That's what I remember anyway.
