Thanks for the info. I don't have any knowledge of white cheddar but if
it's in their grilled onion burger, I've had it and it tastes like
American cheese. That's fine with me.

Actually, a grilled or fried or griddled onion burger would look pretty
spiffy with a piece of white cheese substance on it. Hopefully, they'll
find more new uses for this material.
