I love rhubarb pie and rhubarb crumble! I am one who loves both plain
rhubarb pie and one with a mix of fresh strawberries and rhubarb. I
think they're both wonderful.

Last year I tried roasting some rhubarb in the oven with a vanilla bean
and some sugar (I cannot remember where I saw that recipe). It was
lovely and I enjoyed it over yogurt for breakfast.

My former sister in law used to make a rhubarb relish by cooking it with
onions and spices. She served it along side tourtieres and that was
also delicious.
