So I tossed them together and lunch was born.
I was afraid the watermelon would be like strawberries and not
complement the rhubarb--- but the texture [and lack of cooking] keeps
is separate and contrasty.
The lentils were originally from this recipe [more or less-- I used
Old Bay instead of jerk seasoning]
