I discovered their extistence just today thanks to a friend on the italian
NG: is this a new fad or are these pans really superior to teflon covered
pans? The marketing bubble raves about long-lasting covering and superior
non-stick properties.
Anyone?
Here's an exemple, these have 5 layers one of which is titanium and the top
layer is gold (or a golden alloy):
