Custard is made with milk, eggs, and sugar. I can't help that it's
another misused word in the UK. In any case, I found a recipe for
vanilla pudding and posted it. Ophelia says it's like your UK
blancmange.

I said previously that I wasn't interested in a boxed mix - we have
plenty of those over here. Thanks anyway.
