Even if the wait staff get paid enough to not need the tips, the owners
shouldn't get it. Their prices seem high enough to support wait staff
being paid a decent salary sans tips as long as the owners really do pay
them well. But for sure the customers shouldn't be duped into paying a
tip that the owner keeps on top of the high prices.
