It is a blended baking mix sold in the US. Contains enriched flour,
hydrogenated soybean or cottonseed oil, baking soda, and salt.

I'm not one to get all excited about someone using a baking mix nor
about hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oil. I use Bisquick from
time to time. It's not something I use often but I do from time to time.
