Default If you prefer to avoid GMO ingredients here's a list

Yes, no question we also have some here in Aus. As you say though its
not quite as prevalent. Tasmania is GMO free (for now..), aside from
possibly the poppys grown here for alkaloids.

I don't buy a lot of food from retail stores as such, mostly tea,
coffee, spices, cheese, pasta sometimes, things like that, and they
are bought from locally owned specialty stores.
I make most things from scratch, or close to it, so it's easy for me
to avoid.
