I've been told that any corn product that you buy or anything that contains
a corn product will be GMO unless it is organic.

I no longer totally buy organic. Just can't afford to do so and there have
been so many reports stating that not everything you buy that is not organic
is necessarily bad for you. But I do still try to buy organic when I can.
