I ate one of my daughter's Smuckers Uncrustable sandwich the other day.
It's a soft white bread peanut butter and jelly sandwich that keeps in
the freezer. I thought it was the dumbest idea that I ever heard of -
until I tasted one. It tasted just like the ones I had when I was a kid
and during periods of times in my life when I used to eat those
sandwiches. I was not expecting that. I don't keep white bread in this
house but now I can have a tasty sandwich anytime that I want. It's a
heck of a thing.
