Some people are litigation prone. I worked with a couple guys who I
would not want to have to deal with as customers. One was always
returning things and complaining over unreasonable issues. One of the
other guys worked on old cars and did a lot of spray painting so the
whiner asked a favour.... would he spray paint his freezer for him. He
supplied the paint, the other guy supplied the equipment and the labour.
He bitched and whined about the paint job.

The other guy and his wife were involved in a number of lawsuits over
accidents and injuries. The last one I was aware of was when a mop on a
rack in the store of a major retailer fell and hit her on the head. How
much damage could a mop handle cause? Apparently.... enough to install
an inground pool.
