British colonialism may be dead in India and America, but those closer
to home base are not so fortunate. I know the Irish situation is a
nightmare, but was not so aware of the Scotish situation. I'm not one
bit surprised it's not the civilized raised-pinky tea time the Brits
would have us believe.
