Rice salads with oil and white wine vinehar, pickled capers, olives, carrots
and celery, cheese a-la emmenthaler, wurst, sometimes I add some maionnaise.
Capricciosa salad: pickled veggies of your chioce and maionnaise. Mix, put
in the fridge to cool down and serve. I love it with salami.
