I don't do it manually. They are set to update automatically and
constantly. Chrome is v28.0.1500.63 and FF is v22. Neither problem
is new. I reformatted my computer after a year in an attempt to get
rid of the problems, but they came back as soon as I reinstalled FF
and Chrome. It's not me, it's them.
