Sounds like you'll need to work there to find out the secret, which
probably comes premade in a bottle if it's in a food court.

Some things are just better as a restaurant dish, because if you don't
let that happen - you'd have no reason to eat out. I, personally,
love eating out and when I find a dish a restaurant makes better than
I do or something I never make (like Bourbon Chicken) - I leave it
that way, because then I have a reason to return.
