Default What do you use a pressure cooker for?

Pecans! Cooking can make them delicious, but they have a lot of
monounsaturated and polyunsaturated oils. Heating those oils in the
presence of oxygen produces free radicals, I'm told. I'm looking
forward to cooking some in a bowl in a pressure cooker!
