Old news, what with all the food industry expose documentaries on
Netflix streaming video. I became horrified last year and began
seeking out organic beef/meat and veggies. Been a bit hard to
actually cook grass fed beef as it requires close watching and my mom
had another micro stroke, so requires even more attention than last
yr. I can't wait to try my fave new beef bourguignon pressure cooker
recipe with grass feed beef. Our little all organic mkt (jes across
from Safeway) made it through the Winter w/o having to shut down, a
good sign that business is increasing. Maybe next week I'll be able
to make it into town.
