Almonds, again
I'm back to Blue Diamond almonds. I found a good choice. Their Natural "oven
roasted" sea salt almonds in the pale teal pkg.

They're roasted and crunchy and have very little salt. Actually, the
pkg sez 135g sodium per serving, but since they're oven roasted and
not covered in a sheen of deep fry oil, very little salt sticks and so
one ingests considerably less than the indicated salt content. I
think they are perfect.
Beware, though! These Naturals are not the same as Whole Natural, a
mistake I jes made. The whole natural almonds are so natural, they're
almost inedible. NOT roasted, NOT salted, NOT peeled/blanched, etc.
They're naturally tasteless!! ....and soft, too. Now I gotta gag my
way through a whole lb of 'em. bleh....
