I prefer all nuts raw or sprouted. Preferably sprouted but those are hard
to find. Yeah, I could do it but prefer not to take up counter space with
sprouters and a dehydrator.

Exception would be peanuts which I know are not really a nut. Raw?
Pyyyuck. And I did once get some kind of imported nuts called jungle
peanuts. They were expensive and not tasty. Like they were trying to be a
pecan and failed.
