It's easy to cook a substantial breakfast that it is to find something good for his lunch that he will like and eat. Feed him well before school, and he makes it to the end of the day without lunch. Breakfast is our largest meal of the day, usually.
(Today was the rest of the same lot of sausages. Fried, sliced and mixed with couscous, sliced banana chillies, pickled chillies, sliced sundried tomatoes, olives, and red wine vinegar & olive oil dressing.)
