A little secret, the Italian places on Federal Hill are mostly a rip off
and you can make the stuff yourself if you're adventurous. I mean, how
hard can Pasta and Broccoli be, or Sausage and Potatoes? Really? Veal
and peas is also simple too.
I live in RI - know what my annual mileage comes out to? Under 10K. Of
course it's on some of the most congested and ill maintained roadways in
the country and drivers who will try the patience of a saint.
