Boston has been that bad since the late 1990's. I recall days when I
worked for a company that had locations in Somerville and Needham and
clients in Boston. I used to dread getting out after 3PM because it
meant I'd be sitting on the lower deck of I-93 for hours.
And I was driving a truck with a manual transmission. Oh joy.
Of course now when I go into boston I just take the MBCR commuter.
