As I've said before, I've never grown watermelon and happened to
have a patch of bare earth that I wanted covered. So I planted a
watermelon.

Ready for a laugh? If you pick a watermelon way too early and
cut it open, what color will the insides be? This one was yellow.
Did I manage to plant one of those yellow watermelons? Or do red
watermelons start out as yellow.
