Sound like you don't rinse it out. The purpose of vinegar is to
remove the build up from soap and conditioners, not add more. I used
a vinegar rinse from time to time when I was younger and my hair was
*very* healthy and shiny.
If you need to condition your hair, heat up some olive oil, apply
evenly, leave it on for 10 minutes, then shampoo it out. Done.
