I hope you're right because I intend to buy some. I'm either going to get an unpasteurized bag or jar of kraut and squeeze out the juice, or I'm going to send away for the Franks stuff. In fact, I'm going to their site now to see if they have a phone number listed. I hate doing things over the net.
