No bread. When you grill decent cheese the oils come out and the cheese
crisps up. Plop on a slice of tomato and fold the cheese around it while
still warm and soft before removing from the pan. End result a cheese
cracker of sorts around a slice of tomato. de and re constructed grilled
cheese w/ tomato.
