That sounds very good, Sheldon. I sure miss my gardening days.

A friend gave me 3 garden tomatoes the other day. One I ate just with salt
and pepper. The second one became tomato sandwiches on fresh white bread
with mayo (and S&P).

The third tomato will go into a side dish today. It's the Betty Crocker,
"Suddenly Salad," classic mix with pasta. It was on sale this weekend.
That's a little "blah" on it's own but can be enhanced nicely. I played with
this years ago and came up with 2 small changes. You follow box directions
but when they say to add 2 TBS oil, I'll add 1 TBS oil and 1.5 TBS mayo.
Then I add in a chopped garden tomato. The mayo and especially the tomato
turns it into a very decent side.
