I like to eat them as a pickle alongside a sandwich. They are delicious
chopped and tossed with chopped tomatoes and cucumbers. You can add
vinegar, onions, herbs, and so on to taste.

All of your ideas sound tasty. I wouldn't drain them before adding to a
salad; just adjust your dressing accordingly. Maybe drain, but don't
rinse, before topping a pizza.
