I do not know what you have seen. Making ghee is
definitely not complicated contrasted with recipes
people post here---baking cakes, making hollandaise... .
I make it and use. I put rice in a heavy pan with some
ghee and a bit of salt, heat it up, add boiling water
and cover. That is how to make perfect steamed rice. I
use ghee to make potatoes Anna, and to fry an egg.
