I put a tiny bit of oil in the pan and fry the (kielbasa) for a bit.
Then I'll add tons of onions and green peppers, add a little water (or
beer if you prefer), cover and let simmer until the veggies are soft.
Then remove the lid and cook out the liquid.

All put on a soft roll is good eats, imo.
