Turkey parts are few and far between where I shop.
They're hard to find here too. I've spent hours at Thanksgiving trying
to find legs. I can find smoked ones but the raw ones are hard to find.
I did try to cook a breast one. Can't remember where I was living at
the time but the end result was not good.
There are turkey legs, necks, and wings just about everyday at S-Mart
where I am.
We don't have those here.
It's about the only store in my area where I see them regularly now. Before
Apple Market closed, they had a really good selection daily. Now, it's going
to be a gym, so no more turkey legs there (not the eating kind anyway) I
always like them for a no fuss meal.

I love turkey legs. Easy to make and delicious. I brown and braise, and they are just great.
I also remember the turkey roll. Back in the early 80's my mom bought one and I really liked it. They were actually kind of pricey for their day, so , even if we loved it, we weren't gettin' it often.
I'll stick with regular old turkey legs these days.
