I can offer no thoughts on either, since I've never even heard of
them, but I am up for some good Cajun. You two can duke it out.

What night works better? During the week or weekend? I posted two
dates towards the end of August, the 25th and 27th-- a Wednesday and a
Friday. Just let me know.

BTW, I'll be out of town for the next 10 days, so feel free to email
me directly with a date, time and place. Looking forward to a dinner
and southwest cookin planning session.
