Same here; three weeks in January at best. Last January there was a
crop shortage; my local smkt on the island had none so had to go to the
mainland for some, which is how I ended up with not enough sevlille
oranges but a great deal on reduced red grapefruit. I used both and its
delish.
Seville are so bitter and pippy you couldn't eat a fresh one. But the
best/ fantastic for marmalade.

Bah! They sell canned "marmalade starter" here too, I spit upon the
crap made from it. Better to drink the Scotch neat and be too drunk to
notice the crap marmalade.
