As I recall I asked if there was an advanced surgery center. This excuse
for a vet had just diagnosed him with a thymoma next to his heart. He
laughed and shook his head and said something like "hey it's your money
pal."

There was a specialized surgery center as it turns out, they did get the
thymoma out and he survided.
