I know that the two Central Markets are not related but they certainly seem
very similar from what I have seen online.
Mine looks like yours. I have seen Spelt. Don't think I have seemn Einkorn
except online. Martha kept going on and on about how Farro is low in
gluten. Really, what would that matter? You can either eat gluten or not.
And if you can't, it wouldn't matter if it is a low amount. I have never
tried it before so we'll see. But I'm thinking that the family will not be
so happy with me, foisting off two new recipes on them in a week. Hehehe.
I need to find me some adventurous eaters. The people I live with aren't
very.
