Moreover, any restaurants have one great dish and that's it. We went to a
German restaurant for years that made perfect Wiener schnitzel, with great
fried potatoes and cucumber salad, but overcooked vegetables. We eventually
tried all the other dishes, but there was only one winner.

A taqueria I go to makes one burrito that is sublime, but everything
else is meh. People will order a quesadilla and wonder why I like the place.
Stick to the winner I say.
