It's a classic grilled sandwich. Essentially, it's two slices of rye
bread w/ corned beef, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut w/ russion
dressing, inside, and then grill (griddle) toasted like a grilled
cheese sammy. Lotta variations, but that's the basics.
