Pretty well... I think you probably found my post above. Too much
sauce, but other than that - pretty darned good considering I can't
even remember the last time I made scalloped potatoes and never did
make them on any sort of a regular basis. Not so sure about the
prebaking part. One of the reasons I ended up with so much sauce was
because I couldn't let them sit above the liquid while I was simmering
them. I think I'll just make a straight oven method next time.
