Sulawesi and Sumatra coffees are wonderful, IMHO, very rich and almost
thick tasting, low in acid. I find them almost the opposite of Kona,
which I find rather thin and almost metallic tasting.
We often make our own blend and when we do, it's usually about 2/3
Sumatra or Sulawesi.
